My Story
I was born and raised near Mannville, Alberta. I left for Saskatoon and came back with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and a Master of Science, both majoring in Food Science from the University of Saskatchewan.
It was during university that my mom suggested I find a creative outlet — something to help me express myself and relax. I signed up for a few pottery classes, and I loved it. When my Masters was finished I moved back home to work on the family farm, joined the local pottery guild, and kept going.
Seven years on, my love of creating has only grown. I sell at craft shows across the province, and now teach classes to give other people the same introduction I was given. When I'm not throwing, I'm on the farm, with my family, reading, or crocheting.
The Collection
Everything here is one of a kind. Anything marked sold out has already found a home — but tell me and I can usually make another.

At the wheel
Beginner and intermediate classes for people who have never touched clay. I teach the wheel the way I was taught — slowly, and with your hands in it from the first hour.

Branded mugs carved by hand. Wedding sets. A cookie jar in your grandmother's handwriting, taken off an old recipe card. Bring me the idea and I'll throw it — about eight weeks start to finish.

I answer my own messages. Custom work takes about eight weeks from first conversation to finished piece — so the earlier the better for gifts.
